
Attorney Tod Leaven has been named a 2022 Attorney For Justice by the Tennessee Supreme Court and the Access to Justice Commission for providing at least 50 hours of pro bono service in 2022. Tod is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Tennessee. As a partner at Grimes Teich Anderson LLP, Tod focuses his practice on all aspects of Veterans Law, including Veterans’ disability compensation, benefits for dependents, military discharge upgrades, VA healthcare benefits, extended care programs, education and rehabilitation, USERRA and FMLA protections for service members, and assistance with assistance Veteran-owned businesses, and wills and estates. Tod, a veteran himself, founded the GTA Homeless Veteran Legal Clinic and is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Law at the University of North Carolina School of Law.
