Allen Stahl + Kilbourne has an immediate opening for an experienced Paralegal. ASK Law is a business law firm providing strategic counsel and innovative solutions to clients across many industries including: complex litigation, commercial leases and real estate, land use and zoning, employment and labor law, trusts and estates, as well as restaurants and hospitality. Requirements:

Minimum 2 or more years litigation and / or real estate experience, preferably in a law firm setting

BA/BS, paralegal certification a plus

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment

Allen Stahl + Kilbourne is seeking to hire an associate to join its business litigation practice in the Asheville office. The ideal candidate will have three to ten years of experience with general commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts throughout North Carolina.

Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school and be admitted and in good standing as a member of the North Carolina Bar. Clerkship or journal experience preferred but not required. Candidates will work closely with experienced lawyers who will provide active mentoring and opportunities to assume increasing levels of responsibility and client contact. Candidates must be self-starters who possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team. We require strong academic credentials, excellent communication skills, strong work ethic, and exceptional research and writing abilities. We desire candidates with a commitment to providing the highest quality client service, with an emphasis on meaningful client relationships.
