Former White Collar/Fraud AUSA Daniel Bradley Opens Asheville Office for Spengler Agans Bradley PLLC

On April 5, 2021, Daniel Bradley, formerly an AUSA in the White Collar/Fraud Section of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of North Carolina, combined with Charlotte-based law practice Spengler & Agans to form a new WNC firm, Spengler Agans Bradley PLLC. Dan, a member of the Buncombe County Bar, will be opening an Asheville office for the firm, and his practice will focus on civil litigation, government and internal investigations, and privacy and data security.

Dan is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Indiana University. Prior to joining the United States Attorney’s Office here in Asheville, Dan worked as a litigator in the Chicago office of the international law firm Jones Day, where he represented financial industry clients in SEC enforcement proceedings and federal-court litigation, as well as energy industry clients in administrative and federal-court litigation. Before that, Dan completed two federal clerkships: one for a judge with the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and one for a judge with the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana.
