Last week the Buncombe County Bar and Pisgah Legal Services honored exemplary volunteer attorneys and celebrated their generous pro bono service at the 2023 Pro Bono Celebration.
Pisgah Legal Services and the Bar honored:

- Bob Clifford, Exemplary Emeritus Pro Bono Attorney Award
- Doris Loomis, Outstanding Pro Bono Attorney Award
- Cynthia Alleman, Lifetime Pro Bono Attorney Award
- Stephanie Heller, Exemplary Pro Bono Paralegal Award
We are incredibly grateful to these attorneys for their compassionate and dedicated service, and to all Buncombe attorneys who provide legal help to our low-income neighbors.
