Arbitration Panel Formed

It is with great pleasure that Retired Chief District Court Judge Gary Cash, Retired District and Superior Court Judge Marvin Pope and Retired District Court Judge Rebecca Knight announce they have formed an arbitration panel to serve Western North Carolina courts, attorneys and litigants.  They will arbitrate a wide range of cases including matters pending in Superior and District Courts, pre-litigation disputes and complex family law matters involving equitable distribution, high conflict custody and visitation, alimony and child support.  Due to their lengthy service and expertise as trial judges, parties will receive a fair, equitable and speedy resolution to matters that otherwise may take years to work through the courts and appellate reviews.  Attorneys will be able to promptly dispose of important legal matters and trust that all legal and factual issues are carefully deliberated and professionally disposed of with comprehensive orders.  The panel will sit together and hear cases based on the N.C. Revised Uniform Arbitration Act, the N.C. Family Law Arbitration Act, or such other procedures as agreed to by all parties and the panel.  For more information and to schedule matters for arbitration, you may contact Gary (jgarycash@yahoo.com), Marvin (Marvin.PopeandKnight@gmail.com) or Becky (Becky.PopeandKnight@gmail.com).
