Ana Prendergast offers Elder Law and Estate Planning services at Siemens Family Law Group

Siemens Family Law Group is pleased to announce that with the addition of Ana Prendergast to its attorney roster, it will now offer Elder Law and Estate Planning services.

Ana began working with Elder Law clients in 2007 while attending Suffolk University Law School in Boston. She continued her Elder Law work following her admission to the Massachusetts Bar in 2009. Prior to joining Siemens Family Law Group, Ana was an Associate with Margolis & Bloom, LLP, in Boston, with a practice devoted exclusively to Elder Law and Estate Planning, including Long-Term Care Planning, Guardianship, and Probate Administration.

Ana also associates with Jim Siemens on Family Law cases. She enjoys assisting clients with planning to avoid crises, and in navigating them when they occur, whether the context is of a family law or elder law nature.

Ana looks forward to helping the practice’s family law clients get their estate planning matters in order, as well as working with clients exclusively on elder law and estate planning matters.
