Allen Stahl + Kilbourne Welcomes Hannah Michalove

Allen Stahl + Kilbourne welcomes Hannah Michalove to the firm! Hannah focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and represents clients in a broad range of civil matters, including shareholder/owner disputes, zoning and real estate disputes, and appeals matters at all appellate levels.

“Hannah has shown herself to be an outstanding writer and critical thinker,” says Derek. “Her significant legal writing experience at the Federal level will be a valuable asset to our clients with litigation needs. We are delighted to have her on board!”

Prior to joining Allen Stahl + Kilbourne, Hannah served as a law clerk to the Honorable Herman N. Johnson, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.  She graduated from Campbell University School of Law, magna cum laude, in 2019, where she served as circulation editor of the Campbell Law Review.  Hannah earned a B.A. in Foreign Languages and Literatures from the University of North Carolina Wilmington in 2011, after which she spent five years working as an immigrants’ rights advocate.  Hannah is fluent in Spanish.

Hannah relocated to Asheville in 2021, where her extended family has lived for generations.
