Allen Stahl + Kilbourne, PLLC proudly announces firm’s newest partner, Robert “Bo” Carpenter!

Allen Stahl + Kilbourne, PLLC, is proud to announce Robert “Bo” Carpenter as the firm’s newest partner, joining Derek Allen, Jeff Stahl, and James Kilbourne. Bo joined the predecessor firm Dungan, Kilbourne & Stahl in January of 2017 to further grow his employment law, business law, and general civil litigation practice areas.

“Two years ago, when Derek, Jamie and I imagined a new kind of law firm to put client relationships first, we had no idea what the future held. As we have doubled in size, Bo has been part of the transition and growth of the firm every step of the way.  We are excited to announce his partnership,” Managing Partner, Jeff Stahl explained.

A Western North Carolina native, Bo was former Treasurer of the bar and a regular on the Legal Elite list. He is also proud of his work as former president of the Our Voice board, a non-profit crisis intervention and prevention agency which serves survivors of sexual violence.

“I am excited to join Derek, Jamie, and Jeff as partners of this dynamic and growing law firm. I also appreciate the past and continued support of this magnificent Bar through referrals, encouragement, and friendship as I reach this career milestone,” said Carpenter.
