AAPA Is On Hiatus

We have all been affected by COVID-19 in one way or another, and that includes AAPA.  Our ability to offer quality continued paralegal education through our monthly Lunch-n-Learns, as well as our Spring and Fall seminars, has been greatly impacted.  As a result, it has become increasingly difficult to find speakers who are willing to participate in our meetings and seminars, as many folks are still working remotely and workloads have continued to increase for all involved.

Therefore, the Board has decided that AAPA will go on hiatus until April of 2022, at which time we will resume our regularly scheduled programming, including our Annual Meeting, monthly Lunch-n Learns, our Spring seminar and a fun, inclusive membership drive.  Basically, we are taking a break in order to re-group, refresh and renew so that we can come back stronger than ever and ready to offer you the quality continued paralegal education you have come to know so well.

If you are in need of CPE credits for your certification, please visit the NC State Bar website for assistance.  We would also suggest visiting the websites of NCPA and NALA.

If you have already paid your dues for this year, those dues will be applied to next year.  If you are interested in joining AAPA, you may either wait until April to do so, or you may go ahead and join now, with the understanding that your dues will go towards your membership for 2022.

We wish each of you a joyous holiday season with your families, as well as good health and prosperity in the new year!  See you in April!
