Seeking Legal Assistant

Alleman Law Firm is seeking a part time legal assistant to help with estate administration, estate planning & guardianship. Approximately 25 hours per week.

Job description: Answering phones, screening calls, assisting with document preparation and execution, organizing files, sending invoices, sorting mail, communicating with clients, scheduling appointments, keeping time records for billable matters and maintaining confidential information.

Education: College Degree or equivalent work experience In legal field. Certified Legal Assistant or Paralegal education helpful.

Required skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Experience answering office phones, maintaining confidential information and experience using MS Word, MS Outlook & Excel. Knowledge of Quickbooks helpful.
